Privacy

We take the protection of your data seriously. This website works without cookies, without analytics tools and without embedded content from other providers. Here you can read which data is still processed.

1. Controller

Email: kontakt@pflege-einfach-erklaert.de

2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page you opened, the referrer, and your browser and operating system. This is needed for secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are deleted regularly according to the host’s rules. We have a data processing agreement with the host according to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. No cookies, no analytics, no third-party content

We do not use cookies or any analytics or advertising services on this website. Fonts and images are stored on our own server. No connections are made to Google or other providers. Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook are simple links. Only when you click them do the privacy policies of the provider apply.

4. The app

The app does not need an account. Your saved list, checklists and settings are stored only in your browser’s storage on your device and are not sent to us. When you enter your personal access code, it is checked on the server. So that you do not have to enter it on every visit, the app saves the unlock on your device. This is strictly necessary for the service you bought (§ 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

5. Purchase through Digistore24

Ordering and payment are handled by Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany. Digistore24 is itself responsible for this and informs you in its own privacy policy. To process your order, we receive the necessary order data from Digistore24, for example your name, email address and the product you bought (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Legal obligations to keep records for tax purposes remain unaffected (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

6. Contact by email

If you write to us, we use your details only to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. To use these rights, please contact the email address above. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Data Protection Commissioner of Lower Saxony (Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
